1.0 INTRODUCTION:

Civilization, science and technology are today in the path of newer phase of scientific vision and scientific rejuvenation. In the similar vision medical science is in the avenues of scientific regeneration. The author is suffering from schizophrenia since November, 1993. He is diagnosed with glaucoma in his right eye in October, 2012. Biomedical science and health sciences and technology are in the similar vein in the aisles of scientific ingenuity. Long years of agony and pain have passed since then and much water have flown down the river since then. Trials and tribulations in his life are just unending. The author is beset with one psychological illness after another. Since October 2012, he is suffering from glaucoma in his right eye. Thus a newer vision in the field of medical science, psychiatry and psychology are the utmost needs of the hour as civilization and science marches forward towards one scientific frontier over another. The symptoms of the author are tremendous auditory and visual hallucination. The author in this article deeply elucidates with cogent insight the entire course of his illness since November, 1993 and the years of helplessness in his life. Today scientific judgement, scientific understanding and scientific forbearance has practically no answers to the treatment and cure of schizophrenia and other bipolar disorders. This article is extremely visionary and groundbreaking in the field of treatment of schizophrenia and the futuristic vision behind it. The world of scientific vision and scientific fortitude stands enigmatic as medical science and health science surpasses one visionary frontier over another. Thus the domain of schizophrenia opens newer windows of innovation and scientific instinct in the field of medical science perspectives in decades to come.

2.0 THE VISION OF THE STUDY:

Medical science, health science and technology today stands in the veritable and critical crossroads of vision, ingenuity and steadfastness. Today is the world of challenges in Fourth Industrial Revolution, Internet 3.0 and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The author deeply pronounces and reiterates the needs of United Nations and Global Sustainable Development Goals towards futuristic vision and the futuristic emancipation of advanced healthcare and medical science. The vision of the science of psychiatry and neuro-psychiatry needs to be re-envisioned and reframed with the passage of scientific history and the visionary timeframe. Advanced healthcare and conservation of human habitat are pillars of United Nations and Global Sustainable Development Goals. Fourth Industrial Revolution and Internet 3.0 are in the path of immense vision, ingenuity, triumph and fortitude. Advanced healthcare domain are also the colossus of Fourth Industrial Revolution and Internet 3.0. The author is suffering tremendously from this monstrous ailment of schizophrenia from November, 1993. From 1997, he is administered the wondrous medicine of Clozapine in different doses. Since 1993, the author is beset with one illness over another. Auditory and visual hallucination beset him as he treads the path of his life. Civilization and scientific prudence has today no answers towards the absolute treatment and cure of schizophrenia and other bipolar disorders. The path of scientific vision in the field of treatment and cure of schizophrenia are replete with rugged terrains and immense difficulties. The author is an example of how much agony a schizophrenic patient suffers. After Covid-19, his health deteriorated like anything and is prescribed higher dosage of Clozapine. The treatment and cure of bipolar disorders such as schizophrenia is extremely difficult and arduous. Scientific grit and scientific determination are the utmost needs of hour as medical science and the science of psychiatry surpasses one visionary frontier over another. The primary aim and objective of this article is to delineate and contemplate the needs and necessities of psychological help such as psychotherapy in the full treatment of schizophrenia.^1,2,3,4,5

3.0 THE INITIAL YEARS OF AUTHOR’S ILLNESS AND THE IMMENSE STRUGGLE:

The author is a chemical engineer by training and profession. He is a postgraduate in Chemical Engineering in 1994 from a reputed university in Kolkata, India. In the final years of his postgraduation, he started hearing sounds which are known as auditory hallucination. He was introvert in nature. In November, 1993, his illness was at its zenith and was taken to a psychiatrist in a clinic in Kolkata, India. Thus started his psychiatric treatment and antipsychotic medication. Just after his postgraduation in Chemical Engineering in March, 1994, he got a chemical engineering job in New Delhi, India. He started discontinuing medicines and that became a disaster and a blunder. He left the job in August, 1994 and came back to Kolkata. He got a chemical engineering job in Kolkata. Suddenly after discontinuing his medicines, he had a relapse of his illness in December, 1994. He was again taken to a psychiatrist by his parents. In September, 1996, he got a teaching job in a reputed engineering university in Pilani, Rajasthan, India. He again started discontinuing medicines and that brought a catastrophe in his life. He resigned from his job and came back to Kolkata in February, 1997. He was admitted in a psychiatric home in Kolkata, India. In 1998, he was taken to National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore, India to consultant eminent psychiatrists. He was accompanied by his parents to Bangalore. He was for the first time prescribed Clozapine by an eminent doctor in NIMHANS, Bangalore. In 1998, he got a job as a Research Scholar at a renowned university in West Bengal, India. Again due to psychiatric illness, he was told to discontinue his research scholar position. Thus his initial years of his illness was replete with agony, pain, trials and tribulations. Till today, Clozapine is the only medicine for the treatment and cure of schizophrenia. There is no other medicine for the treatment of schizophrenia. The author with immense agony and pain wrote this article. Today after Covid-19, he has numerous schizophrenic symptoms such as obsessive compulsive disorder and reflux hallucination. Since January, 2024, he again fell seriously ill and is under continuous treatment from his psychiatrists in Kolkata. Today he is without any job and takes mathematics tutions. His age is 56 years as on January, 2025. Surely and remarkably, a newer dawn in human civilization will emerge if psychiatrists and medical practitioners across the world takes affirmative steps in scientific contribution towards research in the area of psychology.^1,2,3,4,5

4.0 THE FUTURISTIC VISION AND THE FUTURISTIC EMANCIPATION OF THE DOMAIN OF PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT OF SCHIZOPHRENIA:

Schizophrenia and paranoid schizophrenia are extremely difficult ailments to treat. The author is suffering from schizophrenia since 1993. Till today, he is suffering a lot in his path of life. Thus there is an utmost need of innovations and discoveries in drug development for the treatment of schizophrenia and other bipolar disorders. There are today no other medicines for treatment of schizophrenia other than Clozapine. The world of challenges, ardor and travails are immense as medical science and mankind moves from one scientific boundary over another. From the beginning of his illness, he is suffering from different symptoms such as auditory hallucination, visual hallucination and reflux hallucination. After COVID-19, his health became worse and lost his engineering college job in Dehradun, India in May, 2023. He came back Kolkata in December, 2023 and is permanently settled in Kolkata, India. Today he has no employment and teaches mathematics to young children. The futuristic vision of the domain of psychological treatment of schizophrenia needs to be re-envisioned and reframed with the passage of global scientific history and time. Today is the world of Fourth Industrial Revolution and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Advanced healthcare and protection of human habitat are some of the hallmarks of United Nations and Global Sustainable Development Goals. His health condition today is in a devastating and catastrophic state. Medical science, health sciences and technology are today in the evergrowing path scientific vision, scientific forbearance and deep scientific perseverance. The author deeply reiterates in this article the vast and varied needs of the science of psychology and psychiatry in the futuristic emancipation and futuristic vision of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and 2030 Global Sustainability Agenda.^6,7,8,9,10

5.0 THE AGONY DUE TO THIS AILMENT AND THE SCIENTIFIC FORBEARANCE:

The author is suffering tremendously from schizophrenia since 1993. Long years have passed since then and much water has gone down the river since then. Today, scientific fortitude and scientific ingenuity are the utmost needs of the hour in the treatment and cure of schizophrenia and other bipolar disorders. Scientific understanding, scientific prudence and scientific ingenuity have no answers towards the cure of schizophrenia. A schizophrenic patient has to be on medicines throughout his life. The author is yearning for fresh breath of air throughout his life. There is practically no end to his agonies and pain in the path of his life. In the similar vision, technological and engineering ingenuity are the pillars of advanced healthcare domain and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Surely and veritably a newer beginning and a newer dawn dawn in human scientific endeavor and human civilization will evolve which will propel medical science of psychiatry towards visionary frontiers. The present day human civilization is in the crossroads and the critical juncture of Fourth Industrial Revolution, Internet 3.0 and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Medical science such as the science of psychiatry and psychology in the similar vein stands tall in the middle of scientific forbearance and scientific fortitude. This article deeply elucidates and illustrates the veritable needs and necessities of 2030 Global Sustainability Agenda and the global vision of advanced healthcare system. Advanced healthcare system needs to be integrated with the science of psychology and psychiatry. The aim and objective of this article is to address the vast needs of psychological and psychiatric support in helping the hapless patients of bipolar disorders. The future of the science of schizophrenia is extremely bleak and challenging. Surely and remarkably a newer ushering in and a newer dawn in of human civilization will evolve if psychiatrists and psychologists across the globe takes affirmative steps in the proper application of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and advanced healthcare system.^6,7,8,9,10

6.0 THE SCIENTIFIC TRIUMPH AND THE SCIENTIFIC INGENUITY IN THE FIELD OF PSYCHIATRY AND NEURO-PSYCHIATRY:

Technology and engineering science of human civilization are witnessing immense drastic and dramatic challenges and ardor. In the similar vision, medical science and health science are in the groundbreaking path of scientific and technological regeneration. The scientific triumph and the scientific stance in the field of psychiatry, and neuropsychiatry needs to be re-envisioned and reframed as man and mankind’s vision treads forward. United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and 2030 Global Sustainability Agenda are today witnessing visionary and drastic challenges with the path of human civilization. Today humanity and human society needs to come to help to silent sufferers of schizophrenia and its monstrous symptoms. Thus advanced healthcare domain and global vision of medical science needs to be re-envisioned and re-imagined with the passage of global scientific history and time. Schizophrenia patients are helpless in the path of their life. Doctors and medical practitioners needs to help these sufferers of this monstrous ailment. Thus the scientific triumph and the scientific stance in the field of psychiatry and neuropsychiatry needs to be re-envisioned, overhauled and re-organized as humankind and human society traverses a rugged terrain of life. This article deeply elucidates the veritable needs and necessities of advanced healthcare domain and advancements in the field of psychiatry and psychology.

7.0 SCIENTIFIC VISION, SCIENTIFIC REVELATION, TREATMENT OF SCHIZOPHRENIA AND THE VAST VISION FOR THE FUTURE:

The state of global medical science scenario today stands in the midst of scientific vision, scientific stance, deep and vast scientific discernment. Medical science scenario in the developing and underdeveloped nations across the globe is extremely grave and retrogressive. The author is suffering from this serious ailment since 1993. A deep and insightful scientific introspection and scientific ingenuity are the utmost needs of the hour. This article deeply enumerates with scientific and technological profundity the needs of United Nations and Global Sustainable Development Goals in the futuristic emancipation and the futuristic outlook of human civilization and human scientific endeavor. The scientific vision, the scientific provenance and the treatment of schizophrenia are today in the groundbreaking path of forbearance, fortitude and intellect. Hope, choice, intellect and perception in the field of human pursuit and human scientific endeavor in the similar vein needs to be envisioned and reframed with the treading of man and mankind.^6,7,8,9,10

8.0 SCIENTIFIC FORTITUDE, THE STATE OF AUTHOR’S MIND AND HEALTH :

The author is suffering tremendously from different symptoms of schizophrenia since 1993. Since August, 2020, during Covid-19 he is beset with a serious form of psychological illness of schizophrenia. The symptoms of the author are auditory hallucination, visual hallucination, reflux hallucination and obsessive compulsive disorder. The state of author’s mind is of immense delirium. Scientific and technological understanding, judgement and ingenuity has today no answers to the treatment and cure of schizophrenia. In the similar vein, there is also a need of parental support and support from near and dear ones of the hapless patients. There was total negligence of the family of the author throughout his course of illness. Effective psychotherapy and effective medical help are the utmost needs of the hour as medical science trudges the rugged terrain of human life. The state of human habitat in underdeveloped and underprivileged nations across the world is extremely disastrous as well as thought provoking.

9.0 FUTURISTIC SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVES AND THE APPLICATIONS OF UNITED NATIONS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS:

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and 2030 Global Sustainability Agenda are today in the path and avenues of scientific triumph, profundity and regeneration. The scientific vision of the science of psychiatry and the treatment of bipolar disorders are in a state of immense disaster as helpless sufferers of the ailment of schizophrenia trudges the cruel future of life. Thus the futuristic scientific and technological perspectives of advanced healthcare domain needs to be integrated and intertwined with United Nations and Global Sustainable Development Goals. The path of a schizophrenic patient’s life is beset with immense struggle and immense ardor. The author at every moment of his life is yearning for a fresh breath of air in his life. The scientific endeavor and the scientific stewardship in the field of psychiatry will surely and veritably open new doors of innovation and instinct in the vast domain of advanced healthcare and Global Sustainable Development Goals. The futuristic scientific perspectives in the field of medical science, health sciences and technology needs to be more insightful and affirmative in the treatment of bi-polar disorders such as schizophrenia. Human habitat and human civilization will then witness immense scientific rejuvenation in the field of medical science and biomedical science in decades to come. Humankind and science in the similar vein will truly and remarkably usher in a newer epoch in the field of medical science and technology in the field of medical science and technology and the vast world of psychiatry and neuropsychiatry.^{8, 9, 10}

The author in the path of his life has faced immense trials and tribulations. Suffering and health related struggles are just unending till today. Treatment and cure of schizophrenia today stands in the middle of a deep gorge of steadfastness, vision and fortitude. The author reiterates in this article the needs and necessities of psychological help and parental help from near and dear ones of the schizophrenia patient. Truly and veritably a newer dawn of human mankind will emerge if psychologists, psychiatrists and medical practitioners across the globe takes proactive and pronounced steps in the true futuristic emancipation of United Nations and Global Sustainable Development Goals. The author vehemently and stressfully reiterates the needs of psychological help from medical practitioners and policy makers across the globe in the futuristic vision of advanced healthcare domain of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. At that moment of time, civilization and medical science will truly usher in a newer hope in the helpless faces of the sufferers of schizophrenia.
